Enhancement - Ability to copy Employee Management Group settings

We have added a 'Copy' button to be able to copy a specific Group setting (Surveyor, Crew etc.) from one Employee to another, including all the Menu, Setting and Report values.

Employees > Employee Management > Groups tab > select Group > click 'Copy' button > select employee(s) from the lookup > 'Ok' to confirm copying.

Bug Fix - Fixed launching Outlook error

We have fixed a launching Outlook error that was prompted when a user manually tried to complete a Diary task that was not flagged to get synced to Outlook ('Sync with Outlook = N').

Previously, the issue presented only when System Parameter 'Enable Outlook Syncing' is 'Y'

Enhancement - New Debtor Balance field on the Creditor Payments screen

We have added a new field called 'Debtor Balance' to the Creditor Payments screen, which will be displayed if there is a debtor link for the selected creditor.

On the Creditor Payments screen > select a creditor that has linked debtor > Debtor Balance field will be displayed next to Invoice field.

New System Parameter - Notify Operations Users From Mobi Bases on Branch

We have added a new System Parameter to be able to filter the Operations Notifications based on the job branch or diary branch, when syncing from Mobi back to Moveware.

Enhancement - changed Time Sheets to show fortnightly if the pay frequency of the employee is fortnightly

We have updated menu Time Sheets to display day records fortnightly if the pay frequency of the selected employee is set to fortnightly. Until now it was displayed only for 1 week.

In Time Sheets screen, select an employee that is setup with Frequency in Employee Management > Pay Setup as Fortnightly.

Enhancement - Details box for Full Screen Dispatch

We have added a new text box to display selected details for the current job (similar to the text box on the Diary screen).

The text box will appear the top of the screen in the Full Screen Dispatch window. The information to populate this box comes from Paragraph Management.

New System Parameter - Correct object adding via Mobi/MoveSurvey syncing

A new System Parameter has been added to correctly sync the Condition and Comment into Moveware when adding an object via Mobi/MoveSurvey.

The user can enable the System Parameter, add an object via Mobi/MoveSurvey and sync to Moveware. This System Parameter has been added to fix a bug that won't affect current the usage for other companies.

Bug Fix - Job Diary Action - Modify Existing Task Details Dialogue

We have fixed a bug where when editing Job Diary Actions through the 'Modify Existing Task Details' Dialogue, the system would not update the child actions of that Diary Action. In this version 9.6 when a Diary Action is edited/completed from the Modify Task dialogue, this will also update the child actions of that task.

Job Diary > Select Diary Action that has child action linked then select 'Modify Existing Task Details' Dialogue Icon > edit the Date or set the action to completed > select 'OK' > any linked child action will be updated according to system settings.

Bug Fix - Fixed 'Use Tariff' popup issue on Rate Request screen

Previously, on the Rate Request screen, when creating a cost option with multiple Job Types and having a Tariff rate, the system showed the 'Use Tariff' popup various times, even if there is only one Job type with a rate. This is now fixed and the system will only show the popup for a Job Type with a Tariff rate.
