The Sales module contains functions to assist Sales Representatives to manage prospective sales and sales activities. Several windows accessible from the Sales menu are extensions of the Jobs Management module.
The following operations are accessible within the Sales module:
A fast way of adding a Job while on the phone with a client. | |
Enter inventory from a telephone enquiry, which is used to generate a quote. The inventory can then be added to a new or existing Job. | |
Follow up on customer quotes and convert accepted quotes. | |
A link to the CRM module to manage corporate accounts. | |
Quickly respond to agent rate requests by creating quotes to agents. | |
Manually import inspection/survey details from MoveSurvey or Mobi. To be used in the absence of being able to sync over web. Job/Survey details can also be exported out of Moveware and imported into MoveSurvey or Mobi through this screen. |
