Moveware provides several web based tools that allow you to easily communicate with clients and agents and electronically transfer information. MoveTransfer provides a means for electronically transferring Waybills. MoveClient allows for online client communication and processing of removals. MovePartner provides an online service for companies to manage their staff relocations.

MoveTransfer, MoveClient and MovePartner web tools may be easily added to an existing Moveware system at any time.


MoveTransfer

MoveTransfer allows you to electronically send and receive Waybill and relocatee details direct to your Moveware partners, improving the speed and accuracy of the information interchange. This process can greatly reduce administrative overheads and allow you to focus more on the customer service you provide. See MoveTransfer for more information.


MoveClient

MoveClient can greatly improve the ease in which you can communicate and provide information to your relocatees. It can easily integrated into your existing web site and provide you with an instant ‘Request for Quotation’ page with information loaded directly into your Moveware Database. Clients can then be provided with and accept quotations online and then track their move right through to completion.

MoveClient allows both new and existing customers to communicate with you directly via your website throughout the entire move process. The MoveClient application is an extremely effective way of communicating with your clients and can help reduce administration overheads.


MovePartner

MovePartner allows you to work more closely with your Corporate Clients and Logistics Partners. It is a powerful and time saving tool for HR Managers who can view live information about their staff relocations and interact directly with Move Managers and Corporate Representatives, as well as access detailed reports to review their service relationship with you. Clients may also view a summary of their removal information directly, also allows the client to request and approve new quotes.

Client companies to which you provide logistical services may book directly into your system online. This greatly reduces the processing time of removals and reduces errors. MovePartner also allows your clients to view detailed Account Information and will soon include the ability to pay invoices online.

MoveClient and MovePartner are web-based interfaces that link to your Moveware database. This enables online management of the entire Job process, from quoting to delivery. Information entered into MoveClient and MovePartner is automatically entered into Jobs in the Moveware system.
