MOS-14419
Enhancement - Mobi Password Security

A new password change feature is now available for Mobi users. This upgrade enhances security and makes it easier to create a new key.

Administration > Mobi Setup > Users:

1. Prevent ‘Moveware Users’ from modifying their password on this screen. The password only get updated through the Employee > User Details screen.

2. If the selected user is a non-Moveware user the password will be concealed when the change password option is selected.

3. Added a key icon that generates a password automatically when the change password option is clicked.

4. Companies that use the 'Implement Branch Security' System Parameter, it will restrict visibility, so that only users with security branch access can see other users in the same branches.

New System Parameter - Company mismatch validation on Import Purchase standard

We have added a new System Parameter to check the company of the branch that is set in Branch (column S) that has to match the Company of the Creditor in the Creditor Code (column L) when using our standard Purchase import template via the Purchase Update screen > Import > Standard

Bug Fix - Corrected Display Color for Vehicle and Labour in Daily Diary Resource Panel

Resolved the issue where a Vehicle or Labour assigned to a Waybill was displayed in pink on the resource panel in the Daily Diary. It will now appear in orange. Previously, resources were shown in pink when there were no tasks assigned, due to their allocation to a Waybill Inventory, which utilized the ETD and ETA to indicate the pink color.

Bug Fix - Do not allow users to edit the tax value for non-A users

There was a bug when System Parameter 'Allow only certain security groups to edit Tax value on Purchase Order' value was set to 'A'. The bug allowed non-A users to edit the tax value. This has been fixed in this version.

Bug Fix - Updated System Parameter 'Update Removals Agent From Waybill' to function from other areas where removals are added to waybills or waybills are created

The System Parameter 'Update Removals Agent From Waybill' now functions from the Destination Summary screen (when creating a new waybill, or adding removals to an existing waybill), the Removals > Waybill screen when adding a job to an existing waybill, and the Waybill > Removals screen when adding a job to an existing waybill.

The System Parameter 'Update Removals Agent From Waybill' continues to work in the same manner, but it's now available in more locations.

Bug Fix - Fixed a glitch issue on the Storage screen

We have fixed a glitch that appeared on the Storage screen when opening other tabs (not the Detail tab). It showed part of the Detail tab icons at the top of the screen.

Extended the System Parameter 'Do not allow approval of purchase if no charge lines' with a new option

Added a System Parameter option 'A' to 'NoApprovalIfNoCharge' this adds a check to ensure that at least one of the charge lines on a Purchase Order also has a value before being able to be approved.

The user can set the value of System Parameter 'Do not allow approval of purchase if no charge lines' to A to enable the check that at least one charge line has a value before the Purchase Order can be approved.

Enhancement - Extra features for three spare fields for Fine Art ONLY on the Object management screen

We have added more features to three spare fields for Fine Art ONLY on the Object management screen.

1. Display on the Job/Storage Inventory screen.

2. Display on Green Chair button on the Job diary based resource costing, this requires the Extra field = Y on Code Type = Object Details.

3. Filter on object lookup.

Previously, it was only possible to use those spare fields on the Object screen.

How to set it up:
Go to Administration > Company Setup > Code Management
Select Type: Code and add a new record called 'Object Details' (add this in both the 'Code Value' and 'Description' fields) > Save and exit the Code Management screen. When you re-open the screen you should now be able to filter by Type: Object Details.

To add a new record, click 'Add'

Code: Anything

Other: in-sparechar1[18] or in-sparechar1[19] or in-sparechar1[20]
Method: object type to be displayed (for example, Artwork or Component or Container)
Default: Y to display the field in the Object Management and Job/Storage Inventory screen and enable the filter on object lookup.

Requires System Parameter 'Use Diary Based Resource Costing' = Y for the 'Extra' field.

We have added the ability to sort Storage Inventory by Date In and Date Out

On Storage Management > Inventory screen for Fine Art and non-Fine Art, the Date In and Date Out columns can be sorted when clicked.

Enhancement - Added buttons to copy object 'Reference' and 'Case Mark'

We have added 2 buttons to allow users to copy the object 'Reference' and object 'Case Mark' from the job or storage inventory screen to the clipboard.

1. click copy icon next to the Reference field to copy the value to the clipboard.

2. click copy icon next to the Case Mark field to copy the value to the clipboard.

Extended the System Parameter 'DailyDiaryLabourDiaryName' to support Vehicle

We have extended the System Parameter 'DailyDiaryLabourDiaryName' with additional values to support Vehicle. Previously, it only worked for Labour.
The System Parameters 'Description' has been updated to 'Display Diary Name for Labour and Vehicle in Daily Diary'

When this System Parameter is enabled, users can set the Vehicle Diary Name under Administration > Company Setup > Inventory > Type: Vehicle > Diary Name field. It will then get displayed on the Diary/Ops screen under the Vehicle list.

Value options:
N = No
Y = Labour
V = Vehicle
B = Both Labour and Vehicle

Enhancement - Prompt the user to update resource totals when exiting Moveware

Prompts the user to update diary actions totals when exiting Moveware from the Diary screen.

When using Diary Based Resource Costing and System Parameter 'Use Diary Resource Total Calc Toggle', the user can make changes to resources without updating the action totals on every change. There is currently a prompt to update totals when changing tabs or exiting the Removals screen. This adds the same prompt when exiting Moveware from the Diary screen when there are resource changes that haven't been updated yet.

New System Parameter - Allow Copy and Paste of Job Diary Resources

A new System Parameter has been added to allow users to copy and paste job diary resources on the Removals/Job > Diary screen.

The user can enable the System Parameter, use the copy button to copy all resources on the job diary action, select another diary action in the same job, and use the paste button to paste copied resources to the selected action.

Enhancement - Display Volume Used from Storage Locations

We have added new toggle to on the Storage Management Details screen to display the 'Vol Used' value from Storage Inventory or Storage Location records where the Date Out is blank.

The new toggle on the Details tab is located next to the Weight/Volume fields with a tooltip shown as "Display Volume Used from Location".

1. Ticked Toggle "Volume Used", MW will Display Vol Used field.

2. Unticked Toggle "Volume Used", MW will Hide Toggle Vol Used field.

3. Ticked or Unticked Toggle "Display Volume or Weight" should respect the above #1 and #2.

4. We can assign Vol Used in Storage > Locations tab.

5. MW should not count records with Date Out value.

Enhancement - Added error popup and warning when trying to set a furniture item to bulky without first imputing a Bulky Type and Article Key

When an item is either already saved as a 'Bulky Item' or is going to be saved as a 'Bulky Item', the 'Bulky Type' and 'Article Key' fields have to have a value to be saved and if not an error message will pop up describing the issue and highlighting the field in red.

Enhancement - Search Waybills by Origin and Destination ports

The Waybill Search screen can now filter by origin and destination ports.

There are two new search boxes above the existing origin and destination code filters for origin and destination ports. They can be double clicked to browse for a port, or a port code can be typed in manually.
