Banking

The Banking module of Moveware allows multiple bank accounts to be set up and reconciled. Bank accounts can be in the default currency or one of the foreign currencies set up in your system. The Foreign Currency Exchange Rates window in the Banking module is used to set up exchange rates and the dates for which they are valid. The Account Revaluation window is used to account for discrepancies in foreign currency exchange rates.

Bank Transfers, Bank Deposits and Electronic Payments are also processed in the Banking module. The Electronic Banking window can be used to pay supplier and payroll payments and then create an electronic banking file to send to your bank prior to transferring the funds from your account. Deposit and payment transactions can be entered directly using the Quick Deposit and Quick Payment windows.

The Reconcile Accounts window enables reconciliations to be performed for each bank account as well as any other account in the system as required.
