Barcode not appearing on crystal report

Symptoms

• Running a crystal report does not show the barcodes, in lieu of the barcodes is the number/reference

• Crystal Report’s barcode field is using a font beginning with ‘Code39Azalea’ (Moveware Staff can check this)

• Fonts beginning with ‘Code39Azalea’ is missing in ‘Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Fonts’ Screen

Resolution

1. In the [Moveware Code]\Setup\Install folder there is a file called Crystal Reports Barcode.zip containing the required files for the barcode to appear

2. Extract the contents of the folder to any location

3. Copy the contents of the 64bitUFL files to the following folder. C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0\Common\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64

4. Install the Barcodes by double-clicking on them. If the barcodes does not still appear in the ‘Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Fonts’, you will have to get their I.T team add the font to all users
