Enhancement - Event log when Mobi user group is changed via Employee Management

The system will now create an event log when a Mobi user group is changed (add or delete) via Employee Management > Groups screen. Previously, this was only logged when it was changed through the Mobi menu.

Employee Management > Groups screen
1.) Add Group - the event log will get created under the group and under Employee event log

2. Delete Group - the event log will get created under the group and under Employee event log

Enhancement - Termination Date range filters on Employee Management Search screen

We have added termination date filters to the Employee Management Search screen.

Employee Management > Search tab:

1.) Tick 'Show Terminated' toggle
2.) This will show all employees including the terminated users
3.) The 'Date From' and 'Date To' will show up, where the user can enter a date range to show the terminated users
4.) To turn off this feature tick the 'Hide Termination' toggle on the terminated column

Bug Fix - Fixed the Select all button to select only visible records correctly in Debtor/Creditor screen.

We have fixed the 'Select all records' button to select only visible records correctly on the Debtor/Creditor screen.

Previously, it did not support the toggles on the screen, such as the 'Balance' -and 'Status' toggle on the Debtor/Customer Management screen and the 'Current, '30 Days', '60 Days', and '90 Days' toggles on the Customer Ageing screen.

New System Parameter - To Display Survey Type column on Appointment Diary screen

A new System Parameter has been added to display the Survey Type column on the Appointment Diary screen. The Survey Type information comes from the Removal record.

Administration > System Setup > System Parameters > enable the System Parameter and go to the Appointment Diary screen to see the Survey Type column.

Enhancement - Extended the character limit of the 'Send on Answers' field

We have extended the 'Send on Answers' field on the Review Setup screen and the Reviews tab on the Mobi Setup screen to support 200 characters instead of only 20 characters.

New System Parameter - To Default Sort Order in Removals Management Search Screen

A new System Parameter has been added to enable the ability to customize the default sort order on the Job/Removals Management Search screen.

Administration > System Setup > System Parameters

The available sort orders are R/Plan#, Branch, Entered By, Uplift Name, Entered Date, Survey Date, Followup Date, Uplift Date, Deliver Date.

Below are some examples:
1 - Sort by R/Plan # ascending
1D - Sort by R/Plan # descending
2 - Sort by Branch ascending
2D - Sort by Branch descending
9 - Sort by Entered By ascending
9D - Sort by Entered By descending

New Report: Removal Profit & Loss with Storage

A new report has been added to show all jobs for the selected Uplift period, displaying job details, as well as revenue, costs, storage revenue, and storage cost of the job.

Choose from the report list in the Reports screen

This report only works if following System Parameters are enabled:
Show Storage Invoices in Removals Management = Y
Only allow one removal to be assigned to a storage account through Removals Management = Y

Details = Listing all jobs for selected Uplift period showing job details as well as revenue, costs, storage revenue, and storage cost of the job.

Enhancement - Added new button to delete custom reports on the Reports screen

We have added a button to delete custom reports on the Reports screen. Until now update and deleting custom reports were working under the same button. We have now splitted the features into two separate buttons 'Delete Current Report Filters and Setup' and 'Update Current Report Filters and Setup'.

On the Reports screen, when selecting a custom report, the delete button will appear on the screen next to update custom report button.

New System Parameter - Display 'Last Acc Date' column on the Storage Management Search screen

A new System Parameter has been added to display the latest 'Last Acc Date' from active Storage Charge lines on the Storage Management Search screen.

Administration > System Setup > System Parameters
The Last Acc column will be displayed for screen resolutions larger than 1600 x 900 only.
