Bug Fix - Fixed Acct Date to not follow Invoice Date

We have fixed the 'Acct Date' to not follow the 'Invoice Date'. Previously the 'Acct Date' would not get updated, even when the Invoice date changed.

When a user changes the Purchase Order status to Invoice > changes Invoice Date to any date and the Acct Date will duplicate the same value.

We have fixed a bug that made Labour Estimate (LE) disappear on the Daily Diary screen, when a diary was updated and synced back from Mobi to Moveware.

We have made a Storage Invoice Accrual Journal to calculate the negative amount across various periods as it does for positive value lines.

Storage with negative value charge line > On the Storage Invoicing > Calculate Storage > Run Audit Trial > Create Invoice > Create Accrual? > Yes

We have increased the number of characters of the 'Description' field on the Object screen up to 1000 characters.

Enhancement - No appointment sent to surveyor when changing the status if survey date or time did not change

We excluded sending appointments to the surveyor when changing the removal status from 'I' to another status (except 'C'). This should be triggered when the survey date or survey time is changed.

Case scenarios:

1. no change on survey date and survey time AND status changes from I to another status - expected result: NO appointment sent to surveyor

2. change of survey date or survey time AND status changes from I to another status - expected result: Moveware appointment sent to surveyor

3. no change on survey date and survey time AND status changes from I to status C - expected result: Moveware removes appointment to surveyor

Report event log now shows extra details on what removal, waybill, diary action, and customer or supplier invoice number(s) invoice they were run for

If a report was run for a single removal, waybill, or diary action the event log will record which one it was run from. It will also record a debtor invoice number or range of debtor invoices, or the range of creditor invoice numbers.

System Parameter - Storage Location auto calculate Vol Used from all Inventory items

We have added a new System Parameter to auto-calculate the Vol Used from all inventory items stored in the location when adding a Storage Location. This can work with:

1. on adding a Location in Storage > Location tab.

2. auto adding a Location works with System Parameter "Auto Create Storage Location on Storage Object"

This System Parameter can be customized on a branch/cost center level.
