Enhancement - Moveware resolution based on screen size

Added the ability to set the screen size automatically without having to set it through the user settings.

The 'Auto' Screen Resolution finds the current monitor's resolution and then Moveware finds the best screen resolution setup for that monitor. Also, if user is running multiple monitors of different sizes, they should be able to run each session with different sizes automatically.

Settings:
Window > Change User Default > Screen Resolution sets to 'Auto'

Bug Fix - Fixed Daily Diary Alternate View when System Parameter 'Show DDID In Removal and Ops Diary Screens' is enabled

We have fixed the Daily Diary 'Alternate View' which before, caused fields to be overlapping each other when this System Parameter was enabled.

Bug Fix - Fixed Date Header in the OPS Diary to show correct assigned resources

On the Daily diary screen, when filtering dates with by the Weekly View and selecting the Date Header, it showed the wrong date and assigned resources on the right panel. This has been rectified.

Enhancement - Validation when sending Quotation Emails

We have extended the current Validation from the System Parameter "Sell Price Must be Locked before Quote Print" to report email quotations.

Previously, the validation was only working for our standard Moveware quotes (crystal) and Word quotes.

Removal Details / Rate Request > print an email quotation report

If the System Parameter "Sell Price Must be Locked before Quote Print" = 'Y' , the Report filter matches 'Quotation' and the cost option is not locked, the system will prompt an alert.

Settings:
Administration > System Setup > Report Configuration
Add the word 'quotation' into the Filter field of the email report

Enhancement - Added combo box to filter branch status in Branches Address Book

We have added a combo box for filtering the Branch status in the Branches Address Book screen.
Until now, it was showing all Branches including Active, Display, and Inactive ones by default.

On the Branches Address Book (F5), click the 'Status' filter on the right hand side to filter the Branches on the screen.

Enhancement - New 'Monthly' timeframe button to Daily Diary screen.

We have added a new monthly timeframe button to the Daily Diary screen. It will be displayed for users with 1600 resolution or bigger. The button will set the date timeframe to be from today to the next 30 days.

On the Daily Diary screen, click the 'M' button.

Settings: Screen resolution > 1600

Enhancement - Notes for Day with Multiple Branches filter

We have added a new functionality to allow users to display the 'Notes for Day' based on the filtered branch only. Previously, it was showing the notes for all branches.

For example we have set Notes for 2 branches 'SYD,EUR' and for Everyone

1. when filtering with 'blank' then it shows Notes from Everyone, SYD, and EUR

2. when filtering with 'SYD' then it shows Notes from SYD

3. when filtering with 'ASA' then it shows Notes from Everyone

4. when filtering with 'SYD,EUR' then it shows Notes from Everyone,SYD, and EUR

New System Parameter - Button to display Name on Daily Diary from Removal

We have added a new System Parameter to change what the 'Name' field on the Daily Diary screen displays. Currently, it displays the clients name from Removals only. With this System Parameter, you have the option to change that to the Delivery Name or the Bill To name.

When the System Parameter is enabled, you will see a small arrow button in the 'Name' column.
Click it to change the view to:

1.) Client Name (Default)
2.) Delivery Name
3.) Bill To

Enhancement - Increased Character Limit of the Comments field on the Rates Management Screen

We have increased the character limit of the Comments field on the Rates Management screen from 100 to 400 characters.

Enhancement - Added 'Include Blank Valid From/To date' toggle for screen resolution less than 1600x900 on Rates Management screen

We have added a toggle for users with a screen resolution less than 1600x900, to show rates with a Blank Valid From/To date.

In a previous development (435926), we changed the Rates Management screen to only display rates with valid dates by default, to help with the loading speed of the screen. This caused issues for users with a small screen resolution, not being able to see the toggle.

On the Rate management screen with a screen resolution less than 1600x900 > check the toggle 'Include Blank Valid From/To date' > All rates are displayed

New System Parameter - Allow Booking Agent without MoveTransfer for Third Party Jobs

We have added a new System Parameter called 'Allow Booking Agent without MoveTransfer for Third Party Jobs'.

If the Booking Agent of the Job is not a Movetransfer Agent, then the System will check the Booking Agent of the Branch of the Job instead. And if the Booking Agent of the Branch of the Job is a Movetransfer Agent, then the System will allow the user to send the Removal via Movetransfer.

Set Movetransfer Agent in Branch management > Booking Agent

Enhancement - Ability to delete Emails from the Contact tab on all screens

We have added the ability for users with security group 'X' and 'Z' to select and delete emails from the 'Contact' tab.

• Go to the contact tab eg Removals > Contact

• The user can click the 'Select all records' button to select all

• The user can click the 'Deselect all records' button to unselect all

• The user can select a specific record by clicking into it and then use the right mouse select to double-click that record

• then click the 'X' button (Deletes All Displayed Records) to delete

New System Parameter - Create Diary Action to Debtor when using Invoice button on the Debtor Inquiry screen

A new System Parameter has been added to create a Diary Action for the email when using the 'Reprint Invoice' or 'Resend Invoice' buttons and save it against the Debtor > Contact tab instead of the linked Removal.

We have adde a new grouping functionality by 'Mobile User' on the 'Employee Mobi User Summary' report.

Companies who are using both MobiCrew and MobiSurvey, can use this to split the Mobi users.
