Vehicle Documents

The vehicle documents menu allows drivers to digitally download any vehicle specific documents and forms stored in the Fleet Management Module. This can be handy for referencing vehicle condition reports, permits or servicing records of the vehicle.

For US companies, the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) requires companies to complete and retain a DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report). This menu allows this DVIR to be captured electronically and presented when needed.

Set Up:
In Mobi, activate the “Vehicle Documents” menu. If it is not already added, it can be added as per below:
