Fleet – History

A vehicle’s recent activity history can be found in the History tab of the Fleet Management window. This history includes the following information: 

• Jobs

• Waybills

• Non-Job-related diary actions where the vehicle was assigned

• Mobi activities

• Tasks such as odometer readings and vehicle servicing

How to View a Vehicle’s History: 

1. Navigate to Operations > Fleet in the main menu.

2. Filter the records at the top of the Fleet Management window to find the required vehicle.

3. Select the vehicle and navigate to the History tab.

4. Records of use are displayed in descending date order.  The reference column will display the Job or Waybill number.
