Full Screen Dispatch

The Full-Screen Dispatch screen is a full screen view of the Daily (Operations) Diary. This view does not display the Inventory Management or Vehicles Panel on the right side. This screen is useful to provide an overview of upcoming jobs on a display monitor in the warehouse or crew area.

How to Update the Full-Screen Dispatch Screen

  1. Press ALT+CTRL+T (press all buttons together) while on this screen, and you will receive the following pop-up:

  1. Click Yes and the screen will refresh with updates automatically.  This ensures that what is displayed on the screen in the warehouse is always current.

  1. Press ALT+CTRL+X to disable this feature. Changing screens will also automatically disable this feature.

Another option on this screen is to display a “Trucks Required” column on the far right.  This feature is only available for databases using Diary Based Resource Costing.  The Parameter “To display Trucks Required column in Daily Diary screen”, when the Value is set to Y, will activate this column.  It will display the required quantity of trucks by category/Cost Type (trailer, cube van, etc).

How to Enable Auto Refresh Scroll

The auto refresh scroll is a good option for systems that have a large list of actions to display that cannot fit on a single screen.

  1. Select Alt+CTRL+S to enable the auto refresh scroll.

The display will begin to scroll through the list of actions displayed on the screen one by one. Once the bottom of the screen is reached, it will refresh the view and return to the top of the list.

Once enabled, the message “Auto Scroll Enabled” appears in red at the top-left of the screen.

  2. To disable this feature, press Alt+CTRL+X.
