Operations Diary – Planner Tab

The Planner is located to the right of the Search tab on the Daily (Operations) Diary. 

The Planner displays the time slots that Labour and Vehicle resources are allocated to.  Timeslots can be displayed for Vehicles, Labour, or Both   and for a selected day or week.

The height and width of the timeslots can be modified using the Height and Width sliders, which will increase or decrease the information displayed accordingly. Click the Save Current View   to set this height and width as your default view. To view the details of an allocated resource, select the timeslot and right click on it.  Details of the job the resource is allocated to are displayed in a popup window.
