SMS Messages in the Operations Diary

SMS messages can be sent to customers and to employees allocated to jobs. An SMS may be sent to confirm details such as an appointment or collection time.

How to Send an SMS: 

1. Navigate to the Daily Diary in the main menu and then to the required timeframe for the Job.

2. Select the Job with the confirmed start time and click the Send SMS   button. The Send SMS popup window is displayed.

3. The destination telephone number is populated from the Details tab. You may type a new message or insert a predefined one using the Paragraph button.

4. Click Send.
