Object Management

The Object Management screen is for companies using the Fine Art module in Moveware. It displays all Fine Art Objects (Artwork, Components and Cases) in the database.

Object Management contains a Search tab and a Log tab. The Search contains several searchable fields at the top of each column. The following pull directly from the properties of Objects:

1. Type of Object

2. Reference of Object

3. Artist of Object

4. Title of Object

5. Description of Object

6. Owner of Object

7. CPC of Object

8. Client Ref of Object

9. Part of

10. Current Location

11. Casing

All other fields in Object Management are searchable using the binoculars icon:

The Job, Stg, and Cont filters display all Objects used on a Job, Storage Account, and Storage Module respectively.

The Object Management screen has a few other useful tools. Use the import icon to import Objects into Moveware in bulk, to save having to enter them all individually.

The blue arrow icon allows you to modify the properties of several Objects at once. Filter the screen by all the Objects you wish to modify, select them using the blue checkmark icon, and click the blue arrow to modify all selected icons.

The Log tab contains a log of Jobs, Storage accounts, movements, etc. for the Object highlighted in the Search tab.
