Mobi Submit Feedback Menu

Users may submit in app feedback using the “Submit Feedback” menu, accessible via the side menu in Mobi. Via this menu users can submit ideas for a new app function, system bugs or errors, or questions about how to use the application.


How to Use the Mobi Submit Feedback Menu

1 . Once you login into Mobi, you can navigate to Mobi Submit Feedback menu option by clicking on the hamburger menu button (the side menu button) in the bottom navigation bar. Once the side menu expands, you will see the ‘Submit Feedback’ menu in the list of options:

  1. When submitting Mobi Feedback, you will be required to fill in following fields:

General Feedback: This is a free entry text field, in which you can provide the feedback details, such as the steps you took to encounter the reported issue, specific details such as the job number you are working on, your how to question, or describe the desired functionality improvement you wish to submit for consideration.

Feedback Type: Select the type of feedback in Mobi you are submitting. You can choose between:

  • ‘System Error’ – The app is not working as expected

  • ‘System Enhancement’ – an idea for new or improved app functionality

  •  ‘How to’ – A question about how to use certain elements of the app

Menu in Mobi:  Select the Mobi Menu (if applicable) to which your feedback relates. If the menu is not in the list of choices, you can choose “Other” and manually enter the name of the menu.

Attachments: Here you can submit supporting files and images relating to your feedback. Screenshots are very handy in resolving issues. Click on the ‘camera’ icon to add a photo or a screen-print) to the Feedback, then add any additional description of the photo attached in the text field provided.

Note. Remember to click on the ‘tick’ icon beside each free text entry answers to save your entry.

  1. Once all the details have been filled out, click the ‘Clear form and Submit’ button. After clicking on it the pop-up screen ‘Proceed?’ will appear, where you can select ‘OK’ to be able to submit all the details you entered. If you desire to stop the submission to add more details, you can click on ‘Cancel’, and you will be returned to the Mobi Feedback screen, to edit he feedback form as necessary.

  1. Once you have selected Ok to proceed, select ‘PDF’ which will create the feedback form into a PDF. Once created, you can preview the report before sending out (see step 5 below)

  1. After the preview, select ‘Email’ to email the Mobi Feedback out as a PDF. The email to will be defaulted to your company’s system administrator. You can choose to add recipients in the To, CC or BCC fields. You can do so by manual entry or by using the Grey person icon where you can select a contact from your company’s internal contact list.

  1. Click on ‘Send’ once ready to send the email. Once the three white lines for “loading” disappear from the screen, then this means your email finished sending out successfully.


Troubleshooting

From time-to-time, as with any other software applications, there are issues encountered. Prior to raising a support request on the Moveware portal or calling Moveware, you can try the below:

  1. The help menu might have the information you are looking for.

  2. Rebooting the device

  3. Re-syncing the job

  4. Refresh the Codes (Tools > Refresh Codes > OK) if the Products/Items/Rooms/Method are missing.
