Mobi Timesheet
Like any timesheet, the timesheet in Mobi allows you to add the hours you and your crew worked on the job.
How to Fill Out a Mobi Timesheet
First, navigate to the Timesheet screen. It is possible to access the Timesheet screen from within a specific job, or from the Jobs screen. Typically, you will be entering your hours as a final step in the general workflow of completing a job from in the Today menu.
Add resources or edit hours as required.
Once you have selected the relevant resource, you can enter today’s start time, break time, finish time, and actual hours.
Note: If you would like to adjust the default 15-minute increments, read the instructions below to edit this setting.
Once you have synced your information from Mobi back into your Moveware database by using the Mobi Sync function, the information entered into the timesheet will appear in the Dispatch Diary, under the Resources section and allocated to the relevant resource.

Handy Moveware System Parameter:
By default- the format of the Timesheeting hours in Moveware are displayed by fractions of full hours. For example 3:25 represents 3 hours and 15 minutes. This keeps the resource calculations simple but it can be somewhat confusing for dispatchers to see. Therefore a system parameter can be set to update the display of these hours to hours and minutes. I.e. 3:15 represents 3 hours and 15 minutes. Please note- the resources tab will remain unchanged to cater for rate calculations- i.e. the resources tab will still show 3.25.
