Before You Start

If you chose to leave the setting of updating Reviews and Review Questions active, as explained in Getting Started, it is important that before you start with any custom work, that you create a custom version of your settings, which means these are protected and will never be overwritten by Mobi system updates from our base system.

To create a custom version of a review:

1. Navigate to Administration -> <Your Company Name> Setup -> Codes and filter down by code Rating Type

•  Select the custom Rating type and press copy (Example: “Client Terms”)

• Give the new copy a new code name (for example, ” Client Terms signed” that you would copy and the code for the copy will be ” ClientTermssig”)

• Deactivate the original ” Client Terms ” to avoid having duplicate reviews

• In the same Codes menu, Navigate to Code type -> Rating. This is where the questions that are part of that review are listed.

• Select the questions you wish to create custom versions of specific to the new custom rating type (in this example they would start with “Client terms”) and press copy;

• Rename all the questions, matching the code you configured in step 3 (so, in this example, all questions would start with ” ClientTermssig “)

• Inactivate all original questions so there are no duplicates.
