Manage Reviews

There are 4 ways to manage reviews in Moveware

  1. Complete Review Questions Electronically using the Mobi App
    Review questions can be set up to sync directly to and from Mobi. The Crew or Surveyors interacting with the client can simply hand the device over to them so they can electronically fill out any questions. Upon completion of the review questions, the responses can be emailed directly to the client and a copy of the responses is synced back to Moveware. There are a lot of features built into the review question functionality in Mobi, some of these include: The Ability to capture electronic signatures, ability to customize question types (I.e. Multiple Choice, Comment, Lookups etc.) and automated email alerts to Moveware users upon completion of a certain questions/responses.   2. Print out and hand the client the review questions
    The review can be printed from Moveware using our standard report ‘Performance review’ found in the report drop down selection. Some companies have the review questions print on their Work Ticket/Docket. In either case, the crew provides the document for the client to complete. Once you have the results, you then manually enter the data (rating, score or comments) using the review tab in the job (per above).

Alternatively, you can use external print outs (not printed via Moveware). You must then setup the exact same list of questions in the same order within review setup. The results will again need to be manually entered via the review tab in the job (per above).

  1. Email the client the review questions.
    You can email the client the review questions either by adding the above document as an attachment, or by using the merge field <Performance Review> to pull through the questions directly onto the email template.

Tip: If the review questions are set up in the body of the email, a diary action can be set up to automatically send out the review 1 day (for instance) after the pack date.

Once the client responds with the answers, the coordinator will need to manually enter the results via the review tab in the job.

  1. Client to complete review questions within MoveClient.
    For companies using MoveClient, which is Moveware’s online portal for your clients, a diary action/email template can be configured to link the client to the review section of MoveClient. This is accomplished using the merge field <Website Feedback>.

This sends the client a link which takes them directly to the review section in MoveClient to complete the questions.

The benefit with this option, is once the client answers the questions, the results will automatically update in the review tab in the job and will not require manual entry into Moveware.
