Jobs – Review

The purpose of the Review tab is to input and track the quality questionnaires (Performance Reviews) as they are completed by clients as well as staff. 

If the review questions are completed via Mobi, MoveSurvey, MoveCrew, our mobile applications, or online via the MoveClient Portal, then the answers will automatically sync into the Review module. 

Alternatively, if clients simply send their responses via e-mail, the user will need to manually enter any answers into this tab.

The questionnaires that are available to the client or to staff members are entirely configurable based upon your company needs.  

How to Access the Review Tab:

1. Click on Jobs menu.

2. Select the relevant Job.

3. Click on the Review Tab.

On the left-hand side of the screen we have a list of all the different questionnaires that are available.  

On the right-hand side, we have the individual questions and various columns to track the answer, score, and so on.
