Jobs – Waybill

A Waybill is a shipping document containing shipping instructions, origin, freight and destination agents and contacts, dates of departure and arrival, freight charges, vehicles, containers, reference numbers, included Jobs, and more. Container tracking and Agent reciprocity is controlled by Waybilling Jobs. A unique reference number is automatically created by the system for each Waybill and can be managed separately form the Waybills Management Screen.

How do you add a waybill in Moveware?

Waybills can be added in 2 places in Moveware:

1. Using the Waybill tab of a Job/Removal.

2. From the Details tab of the Waybill Management screen. 

One Waybill can be linked to several Jobs, which is useful for managing consolidated shipments.
