Parsifal PRISM Interface – System Settings and Configuration

The following are settings that can be adjusted without involving Moveware personel:

Codes Management > Parsifal > NewJobBrch 

Use the Branches field to define the default Branch that new PRISM Jobs will use. This is just the initial Branch, which can be changed by the user upon review of the Job, if needed.

‘Employee Notify’

In Employee Management > User Details, the User(s) who receive Notifications of PRISM events can be defined. Assign the appropriate Users to the following Notify Settings:

• PAR Get Orders ERR – User receives a notification when a new Order does not successfully create a new Job

• PAR Get Agents ERR – User receives a notification of an issue during syncing of Agents between PRISM and Moveware

• PAR Get Ports ERR – User receives a notification of an issue during syncing of Ports between PRISM and Moveware

• PAR New Job – User receives a notification of a new job created from a Parsifal Order
