Australian ABA File

Electronic Banking

The ABA file is an Australian banking file format that can be used to bulk pay suppliers through internet banking. Moveware can export banking data to an .aba file from the Electronic Banking screen for upload to an Australian bank. Once uploaded and approved, the bank can then process the payments in bulk. Not all banks offer this facility so users should check with their bank to see if they have ABA payment capabilities. The system will automatically generate ABA files from the electronic banking screen for any Australian Moveware system when the   icon is clicked.

Bank Deposits

The ABA file is an Australian banking file format that can be used to take bulk payments from customers through internet banking. Moveware can export banking data to an .aba file from the Bank Deposits screen for upload to an Australian bank. Once uploaded and approved, the bank can then process the payment to debit your customer’s bank. Not all banks offer this facility so users should check with their bank to see if they have ABA direct debit capabilities. The system will automatically generate ABA files from the Bank Deposits screen for any Australian system when the  icon is clicked.
