Moveware has the ability to import a .csv file provided by the Hockingstuart head office, containing information on all recently sold properties. This information will create a Job in Moveware, which prompts the user to contact the Buyer, Seller, Agent, etc. The following information is imported:

• Customer type: Buyer/Vendor

• Sale Date

• Settlement Date

• Agent Office Name

• Agent first name 1

• Agent last name 1

• Agent first name 2

• Agent last name 2

• Contact First Name

• Contact last name

• Address Unit Number

• Address Street Number

• Address Street Name

• Address Suburb

• Contact mobile number

• Contact email
