Client Relationship Management (CRM)

Moveware’s built in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) allows you to efficiently and successfully manage all your company’s relationships and interactions with your existing and potential clients. The seamless data integration allows for a very efficient process, with no duplicate data entry, a simplified accounting processing, and most importantly live financial results with no delay. Moveware’s financials are built to handle any size business, from single location businesses, to multi company, multi branch, multi country, multi currency enterprises. All tools you would come to expect form a n accounting system such as QuickBooks, great plains or Simple Accounting can be found in Moveware, from Invoicing, Accounts receivables and bank transfers, to account reconciliation, expense management and budgeting.

Detailed Reporting

There is a famous saying that goes “What gets measured, gets managed”. With Moveware you can measure just about anything, giving you an unprecedented view of your business, in real time. Our relational and integrated database permits cross department, cross system reporting, giving you a very detailed analytical understanding of your company’s trading status. Do you want to see what are the most profitable lead sources are, or who is the most accurate at estimating moves, or maybe what is the utilization percentage of each vehicle? No problem. We offer mover 200 reports already built into the system, which can be customized by each user in how the data is organized, filtered and presented. We do offer custom reporting solutions as well, in the belief that if the information is in the system, then it should be reportable. Each report can be generated in a variety of formats, such as quick previews, excel data exports, PDF, etc.; and are also available to you via an online graphic dashboard allowing you to stay on top of the business wherever you are. In addition, reports can be scheduled to be automatically generated and sent to you on your own determined timelines. Do you want to see profit and loss results for the week each Monday at 9:00 am? Storage and Warehousing

In Moveware you will be able to plan for and mange both your warehouse as well as each client or account with goods in store. In addition, the claim record is fully reportable, meaning you will be able to see a history of claims by employee, by type of service, by client, etc. Any actions taken to correct the error, and even recurring employee training can be recorded. Furthermore, within Moveware you can create customized quality control questionnaires, be it internal or external. These questionnaires can be automatically sent to a client at the end of a service, and the client can record their responses online, all of which feeds back into the main database for detailed data analysis and reporting.

Document Creation

Moveware is designed to generate all documents your service team may need along the life cycle of a job, from quotes and follow up emails, to orders for service, invoices, shipping manifests and statements. The documents can be formatted to look exactly as you want them to, matching your company look and feel. Each document gets populated automatically with selected data from the desired file or record your team is working on, saving incredible amounts of time, preventing manual input errors and more importantly guaranteeing you a consistent company image across the entire organization. Documents can be created in Word or Crystal report writer, and once generated can be printed as PDF’s, Word, Excel or on paper. With Moveware you are sure to not have to write another document manually.

Electronic Surveys

Paper surveys are a thing of the past. With our surveying app (MoveSurvey) you can Improve estimating accuracy and speed, as well as make communication between sales reps on the field and the office more efficient and quicker, with automatic web (remote) syncing. Electronic Packing List

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

With Moveware you can share move and shipment information electronically worldwide, with other Moveware users as well as with other third party software users. Waybills / Manifests

In Moveware you will find a dedicated manifest/ Bill of Lading management tool, which allows you to keep track, coordinate and act on all your shipments, be it a domestic long distance transport or a sea shipment across the world. Associated shipping costs can be automatically distributed across multiple shippers in a shared bill of lading, can create all documents needed for a manifest and can record key information such as container numbers, House Bill of Lading number and more. In addition, for International moving companies, these tools can be used in conjunction with our Customs and container registers, keeping the entire freight flow management under the same database.
