Moveware now uses a new and improved form of SMS messaging, by incorporating the Twilio application. All of the features that were included in our previous program (MoveSMS) are still available, but at a lower cost to you. Additionally, several new features are included – most prominently the ability to receive SMS messages back into Moveware. Received SMS messages can be automatically linked to the Job, or manually linked to various modules – similar to how received emails can be distributed through the Outlook Inbox feature. Other new features include being able to send from multiple phone numbers, multiple notification alerts, and delivery confirmations. Our Twilio offering will continue to be developed to take advantage of other possibilities, such as sending and receiving WhatsApp messages and chat support.
