Xero

Moveware can provide exports to Xero through its invoice update and purchase update screens. The user can select the invoices/purchases for export, set the export format to be Xero and click the export button to save the CSV file. Either of these files can then be imported into their Xero system by clicking the import button displayed on the invoice and bill modules in Xero. 

There are two system parameters that should be enabled for the export functions to work. These are: 

• Use Xero Export (for Invoices) 

• Use Xero Export Purchases 

Setting these to Y will enable the Type export format to display in the invoice and purchase update screens.
