Unitech Barcode Scanner Setup

The below instructions were created for the Unitech PA768 device but the set up applies to most other Unitech devices.

1. On your device head to the apps menu and select the app USS profile management

2. Select the default profile by touching the word ‘default’.

3. Select ‘App settings’  from the list

4. Select ‘Output method’ from the list and make sure/change option to ‘Key Event’.

5. Then press back to return to menus.

6. Select ‘Append Settings’ from the list.

7. Select ‘Terminator’ from the list and ensure it shows <LF>. Select Ok.

8. The scanner is now configured to handle scanning in Mobi.
