Getting Started (MobiAdmin)
As explained in the overview, it is important that before you start with any custom work, that you create a custom version of your settings, which means these are protected and will never be overwritten by Mobi system updates from our base system.
To create a custom version of a menu:
1. Navigate to Administration -> <Your Company Name> Setup -> Mobi Setup -> Codes and filter the search screen to find the menu you want to custom modify (in the example below we are looking to modify the Job readiness menu).
2. Select the menu you wish to modify (highlight it by clicking on it once), press copy and give the new version a new code name (for this example we have used “CustomDailyReady” (previously “DailyReady”) then press Save. The code name can’t have any spaces.
