Create Waybills and Jobs in MoveTransfer

As Waybills and their associated Jobs are received into Moveware, MoveTransfer validates and automatically creates an inbound Waybill together with its new Job(s).

The Waybills and Jobs produced are a combination of the information transferred together with additional information created by the Moveware Job Type Creator.

Job Type Creator

The Job Type Creator for MoveTransfer can be configured to automatically populate the Diary Actions, Invoicing and Costing as setup for the relevant job types. In addition the Status will be set Pending and the billing details for the Job will be setup as the Customer linked to the Origin Agent. The Booking Agent will be set to the Origin Agent, the Referral field will be set to ‘Agent’ and the Order field will be set to the Job number of the Origin Agent.

The Import or Export details are populated depending on the type of Waybill received. If the origin agent has sent no Delivery Comments but has sent Agent Instructions (from the Export tab) then the Delivery Comments will be set to the Agent Instructions at the destination agent.
