MoveTransfer in Waybills

MoveTransfer allows you to electronically send and receive Waybill and relocatee details direct to your Moveware partners, improving the speed and accuracy of the information interchange. This process can greatly reduce administrative overheads and allow you to have a greater focus on the customer service you provide.

Your system can be setup to automatically receive Waybills from Moveware Partners using MoveTransfer. A received Waybill is then validated and used to create a corresponding  Waybill and removals. For example, Export jobs from the origin agent can be sent to the destination agent so that they can be automatically brought in as Import jobs without the need to re-enter the information.

To send Waybills using MoveTransfer is a simple process. A user despatches a Waybill and chooses to send it electronically to the Destination Agent and a pending MoveTransfer diary action is created (see Appendix). The system checks if the selected Destination Agent is set up as a MoveTransfer partner. If this is the case, an email containing details of the upcoming Waybill transfer is sent to the Destination Agent.
