View a Journal

Details of General Ledger Journals can be viewed from the Journals tab of the General Ledger Journals module. 

How to View a Journal

1. Navigate to General Ledger > Journals in the main menu.

2. In the Journals tab select the required Journal (see Searching Journals). The Journal Entries are displayed at the bottom of the tab.

3. Double-click the Journal OR click the View Source icon [ ] to view the details of the Journal.

Depending on the Journal type, the details of the transaction will be shown (e.g. an Invoice will be displayed for a Customer Invoice Journal).
