Multiple Journal records may be posted at the same time from the Journals tab of the General Ledger Journals module. Keep in mind that this function will post all unposted journals. 

How to Post All Journals 

  1. Navigate to General Ledger > Journals in the main menu.

  2. Filter the records as required (see Searching Journals).

  3. Click the Post All tool image-20240823-204121.png  in the Journals tab.

  4. Click Yes to confirm posting all Unposted Journals.
