View Assets on a Job

Navigate to Jobs > Inventory tab. There are two views of this screen which are determined by the screen resolution.

• 1600 x 900 or greater – Can view the Size, Volume and Notes (comments) in the top panel of the screen.

• Less than 1600 x 900 – Size, Volume & Notes ( Comments) can only be viewed at the bottom of the screen.

The following icons appear in the right hand of the screen

• Asset Management Details – Displays further details about the item or product selected

• Copy/Move to a Job or Storage Account – Moves the selected Item or Products to another Job or Storage Account. All Products and Items should be copied into the Customer’s Storage Account, as this is what triggers the quantity of Items currently in storage.

• Bulk Update Assets  – Allows the Moveware user to alter the properties of the selected Item or Product

• Delete ALL Inventory

• Refresh the Screen

• Set New Object Locations – Allows the Moveware user to alter the location of the selected Item or Product
