How to share screen using Quick Assist

In case you require Moveware staff to connect to your session on AVD. Please do the following

1.Double-click Quick Assist shortcut on the Desktop

2. You will get the following screen showing

3. Request the security code for assistant from Moveware staff

4. Enter the security code for assistant and click Submit

5. Click Allow to allow Moveware staff to connect to your session

6. Moveware staff might request to take control of your session, please click Allow

7. Click on Leave to end the Quick Assist session with Moveware staff
