How to set Remote Desktop app to use single screen or multiple screens for your remote session

To select whether to use single display or multiple display for your remote session, please follow the steps below:

1. Right-click on your remote connection and select ‘Settings’

2. Click On under Use default settings to set it to ‘Off’

3. Now you have option to select the display you prefer for your remote session

4. Click on ‘X’ to save your setting.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Considerations

Single user accessing the account

• Decide whether you’d like to add the 2FA to your existing authenticator or Microsoft’s default authenticator.

Multiple users are required to access this single AVD Account:

• Follow the steps below but copy the code/URL value as it disappears once you pass this step

• Additional users add the 2FA using the code/URL provided to their existing authenticator or Microsoft’s Authenticator
