Employee Management – User Details
Access to Moveware and any installed integrated products is set up for a user from the User Details tab of the Employee Management module. User settings are configurable for Security Groups, system printers, user defaults, and synchronisation with Microsoft Outlook. Settings and security for user access to Companies, Branches, Cost Centres can also be administered.
Note: To access the Employee details tab, the user must have Security Group Z.

Alerts & Notifications – Pop-up alerts the user can receive for various reasons, for example: when a new quote is requested in MoveClient, a new Customer has been created, a Cost Option needs approval, a vehicle requires servicing or registration renewal, etc.
Email, Outlook & Signatures – Outlook settings & password, Outlook sync options, user signature(s).
