Agents provide import, export, freight, inland freight, and customs clearance services for Jobs and Waybills. The features of the Agents window allow agents to be created and maintained. The window can also be used to manage agent reciprocity, rates, and contacts and to perform administrative tasks.
The Agents window is accessible from the International menu.
Agents can be viewed and modified using the following tabs of the Agent window:
View and search for agent records. | |
Add and maintain agents. | |
Manage tasks and appointments with the agent. | |
View the Waybills associated with the agent. | |
View a history of the job plans for the agent. | |
Manage the locations used by the agent. | |
Manage the details of key contacts for the agent. | |
Manage rates charged by the agent. | |
Assign the agent to one or more groups. | |
Link your agents to web agents. |
