Agents - Search

The Search tab of the Agents window displays a list of agents in the system ordered alphabetically by name.
Colours
The agents will display in different colours depending on the following parameters:
Black | Standard |
Red | If the Agent Credit field is set to N on the Details tab |
Green | If the Preferred field is set to Y on the Details tab |
How to Search for an Agent
In the main menu navigate to International > Agents or Operations > Agents.
The Search tab is automatically displayed on entering the Agents window. Existing Agents are listed alphabetically below blank search boxes.

Search Filters
Agents may be searched and filtered using the search fields at the top of the Search tab.
The St column displays the Status of the Agent as set on the Details tab.
The Cr field displays Credit as Y or N as set on the Details tab.
The Pr column displays the Preferred value as set on the Details tab.
The W column will display a Y if the MoveTransfer field on the Details tab is set to Y.
