Agents - Edit Contacts

The Edit Contacts tab lists all contacts across all agents in your database. As you can see below, agent contact information is displayed in the Agents Details tab as well.

Filters and The Marketing Toggle

Above each column are boxes you can use to search for something specific, like a phone number. You can also use the Marketing toggle to show only those that have designated as part of a marketing mailing list.

An Agent Contact can be set to a Marketing list by double clicking a Contact so the Edit an Agent Contact box displays:

From the Edit Contacts tab, you can select all Agent contacts that are currently on the screen. Look for the Select icon on the bottom left:

Once the Contacts are selected, you can send an email to all Selected Contacts, or bounce the list to Excel:
