Customs Interface

The Customs Interface in Moveware allows Waybill information in Moveware to be able to exported to a Customs Interface package such as Enterprise. The information in a selected Waybill is exported to a plain text file that can be imported into a Customs package. Ensure all relevant fields are entered correctly into each Job/Waybill before running the interface.

Note: Interfaces are specific to the Customs package. If a new interface is required for Customs or other purposes, please contact Moveware.

To export Waybill information:

1. Navigate to International > Customs Interface

2. Double click the Waybill field or click the arrow next to the field.

3. Select a Waybill from the Lookup window and click OK. The origin port is shown next to the Waybill number.

4. Edit the export filename if required and click Export. A text file is created in the specified path.
