Agents - Groups

Agent groups are used to group together Agents in different branches of the same company or organization. Examples of groups include OMNI, IAM, BAR and AFRA.

An agent is assigned to a group by clicking the Add button under Group Membership in the Details tab and selecting a group. Alternatively, an agent may be added to a group by clicking the Add button in the Groups tab of the Agents window.

Reporting can be accomplished at the Agent Group level.  For instance, through the “Booking Agent Summary by Agent Group” report, located in the Analysis tab of the Reports module.
