Quote an Agent (Rate Request)

How to Create a Quote from a Rate Request:

1. Follow steps 1 to 5 of Adding a new Rate Request.
   
   

2. Once the details of the rate request are complete, navigate to the Costing tab to enter the values to quote the agent.
   
   

3. The quote can be sent to the agent.  Choose the quote template from the Print dropdown menu.

4. The quote may be sent to the agent as a pre-formatted email, or as a PDF.  If the quote template document chosen from the Print menu is an email template, that template will automatically pop up on the screen.  It can be edited prior to sending to the client.
