Import Quote Requests Using the Web Quote Interface

The Web Quote Interface is used to manually import quote requests that have been received via email or Moveware Connect.  These requests are received from the following areas:

• Lead aggregators (MoveLeads)

• MoveClient (a prospect filled out a quote request)

• Your website’s quote request form

These quote requests usually connect with Moveware via web.  However, in the event of a failure, this tool allows for manually loading the .xml file and viewing the error messages.

The interface can also be used to export updated code information, which is used on the company’s online quoting website (if available).

To import a web quote file:

1. Click the Browse button.

2. Select the required web quote file (only .xml files can be selected).

3. Click the Import button.

To export updated code information for use on an online quoting website:

1. Click the Browse button.

2. Select the folder where the file will be saved (file will be called “all.xml”).

3. Click the Export button.

Note: When exporting code information, for the website to be updated, this file must be uploaded to the company website. For further information, please contact your IT administrator or Moveware Support.
