Convert a Rate Request to a Job

New Jobs may be added from Rate Requests once the status is updated to W (Won).  The Job is populated with information from the Rate Request, including quote details.

How to Add a Job from a Rate Request

1. Navigate to International > Rate Requests or Sales > Quotes to Agents in the main menu.

2. Select the Rate Request in the Search tab and navigate to the Details tab.

3. Click the Create Job   button at the top right of the tab.  Click Yes in the popup window to confirm creating the Job.  When the Status of a Rate Request is changed to W, the popup will occur automatically, without needing to click the Create Job button.

4. A popup window confirms the new Job Number.
