Install Crystal Reports Runtime Files (Manually)

The following procedure applies to both the Server and Workstation/Client installations. In order to print reports from Moveware, the Crystal Reports runtime files need to be installed as per the instructions below. 

1. Obtain a copy of the CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_18 or CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_18 Runtime installation files from Moveware. They may have been downloaded to the MovewareInstalls/Crystal file path on the database server or can be downloaded as zip files from links below. 

2. Extract the files and run the CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_18.msi or CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_18.msi file

   For Windows 32-bit
   Crystal Runtime 13.0.18 for 32-bit Windows (74 MB)
   https://mwcloud-ftp.moveconnect.com/install/Crystal/CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_18.msi

   For Windows 64-bit
   Crystal Runtime 13.0.18 for 64-bit Windows (82 MB)
   https://mwcloud-ftp.moveconnect.com/install/Crystal/CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_18.msi

3. Click Next. The Select Installation Folder window will appear.

4. Click Next. The Confirm Installation window will appear.

5. Click Next. The Installing Crystal runtime window will appear.

6. Once the installation is complete, the Installation Complete window will appear. Click Close to finish the installation.
