This diary action is automatically created on every Waybill that is pending to be sent or received electronically. The purpose of the diary action is to act as a flag for the MoveConnect Web Service and to indicate the status of the MoveTransfer import/export, as seen on the MoveConnect window.
Sending Diary Action
Status of a MT diary action on a waybill which has been set for sending (Origin Agent/Sender):
Pending | Waybill is ready to be sent via MoveTransfer |
Sent | Moveware has exported the Waybill successfully to the Web Server |
Successful | Waybill has been received by Recipient |
Failed | Was unable to be sent electronically to the Web Server |
The process of the diary action is set to Send.
Receiving Diary Action
Status of a MT diary action on a waybill that has been imported electronically (Destination Agent/Recipient):
Pending | Waybill has just been imported into Moveware |
Received | Imported Waybill has been reviewed and confirmed by user |
Successful | Moveware has sent a confirmation message to the Web Server to notify Sender that Waybill has been imported successfully |
The process of the diary action is set to Receive.
