Analysis Reports – Performance

This page describes the standard Moveware reports available in the Analysis tab of the Reports module, in the Performance section.

Claims Register

A register of any claims made displaying the Job/Removal and insurance details together with the cost of claim and settlement details.

Claims Register (FAIM)

A register of any claims lodged within the period as required by FAIM and FIDI.

Claims Register by Employee

A register of any claims made grouped by employees that worked on the Job.

Crew Performance

A comparison of each crew member’s involvement in Claims versus the company’s statistics.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Rate Request Conversion

Analysis of a Rate Requests. Report details volume and revenue quoted and won including percentages.

Review Summary

Listing of Reviews as detailed in the Review screen. Provides totals and overall averages and can be filtered for an individual company.
