MoveSurvey – Import Onto Another Device

If you have a new tablet, and would like to move the data from a previous tablet to the new tablet, you can backup the data from one device, and import it onto the new one. Below are the steps required:

On the Current Device, navigate to Tools > Restore From Backup > Backup Current Database

The backup file is created:

The backup file is stored on the path C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Packages\MovewarePtyLtd.MoveSurvey_5jwf8sp0qa8cw\LocalState\Backups
Copy this file and Save in the same location on the New Device

On the New Device, navigate to > Restore From Backup Menu
The copied backup from step 3 is showing.
Select the desired back up, then click ‘Restore Selected Database.
