Set up MoveSurvey Users

New MoveSurvey users are set up as MoveSurvey users and configured in the application.

How to Set up A MoveSurvey User

1. Navigate to Employees > Employee Management.

2. Select the required Moveware user in the Search tab and navigate to the Details tab.

3. Set the Mobile User field to MoveSurvey 4.

How to Configure a MoveSurvey User

1. Navigate to Tools > User in the MoveSurvey toolbar.

2. Change the fields as needed.

Type: Toggles between Domestic and Commercial.  Depending on your system setup, this can affect the rooms that are available, as well as the furniture and packing available.

Volume: Toggles the volume between Meters and Feet, as per user preference.

Measure: Toggles the inventory measurement between inches, centimeters and millimeters.

Weights: Some companies run with weights, instead of volume. You can select Kgs or Lbs on the inventory screen, rather than seeing volume.  If you do not want to see weights, change this to Do Not Display Weights, or leave this field blank.

Language: Toggles the language of MoveSurvey using the list of languages available on your system.
